Youtube Channel Endslate

I have recently been doing my best to personalize my online social media profiles so that they are consistent and link together. I have found that many Youtube content providers and personalities use what's known as an "end-slate" at the end of their videos, which are used to attract and make viewers aware of the authors other work.
I have done the same.

This end-slate was relatively easy to throw together in Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro. The obvious placeholder video (Anthem for a Doomed Youth) which I created in 2014 will be interchangeable with other videos, and will be used to briefly showcase a particular video I want to spotlight at the end of my future videos.

"What You Sayin'" PILOT (2015)

This is the pilot episode of a television show I worked on called "What You Sayin'".
My responsibility in this unit was to operate as a sound mixer for the in-studio segments, and also to both capture the sound for the VTs (clips shown within the studio) and choose appropriate music.

Studio Production Presentation Pitch

Here is a slideshow I have created which will aid me during my pitch this coming Tuesday, where I will attempt to show my ideas and suggestions for a studio production to a panel of people in order to get the greenlight to become the producer for said show.
The slideshow can be viewed here:
As you may notice, my presentation is broken down into two parts, the first is creative, which discusses all of my creative ideas, what the shows name means, what kind of hosts I plan on having etc, and the other part discusses more technical elements, such as audience retention and set layouts.

Studio Production Idea: "HollywoodBes" (2015)

I am currently in the process of developing a pitch for my University Television Production Course where I will be pitching the idea for a satirical program reviewing terrible independent movies. In my spare time I have created a piece of promotional material which I plan on showcasing when I present my pitch.
Since HollyWoodBes itself would center around satirical reviews of independent films, I decided to make the promotional materal a parody of the well known Hollywood Hills sign. I feel that this matches the concept I came up with perfectly.
I will of course keep this blog updated and return with any information about how my pitch is going.
